David and Kim Hayes began working with Real 4 Christ Ministries after their first mission trip in 2009. They served on the R4C board of directors, started the child sponsorship program and led mission teams to Kenya for many years. In 2016, the Hayes's began working with R4C full-time. In 2020, they were approved through the WIN (World Initiative Network), commissioned from Hallmark Church and became directors of the organization. David became the president of R4C in December of 2022 and Kim was voted as the VP in February 2024.
